Pontiac 400 Here is a 400 Pontiac engine from a 1968 GTO all numbers matching car. This engine was rusted solid from sitting outside in pieces and had to be completely restored and rebuild to bring it back to life again. This engine was hopped up a little bit with a Comp Cams Xtreme Energy camshaft, Dura Bond hardened exhaust seats, Ferrea Stainless Series 5000 valves, positive valve seals, Comp Cams springs, 4340 Roller tip rockers, 7/16 Rocker studs, Speed Pro Forged Pistons, recondition factory rods with ARP rod bolts, ARP head bolts, and a few other goodies to really make it purr for a long time to come. |
